When you submit, we place a $499 authorization hold on your card (your bank may show it as pending). A human reviews your site within 24 hours. If we can do it (95% of the time we can) we capture the $499 and start. If it needs a custom quote, we contact you first — decline and we release the hold.

Until you click "Accept New Design" on the finished design, you can request a full refund of the $499. We may also offer to take another pass at the design first. Once you click "Accept New Design" the refund window closes.

Most sites launch within 30 days from approval. You'll see live progress in your dashboard.

No. We build a search-friendly foundation (meta, headings, schema, sitemap, Google Analytics) but we don't manage ongoing SEO campaigns or paid advertising.

Yes — your site is yours. If you'd rather host it on your own server, just ask and we'll hand over the full source code at no extra charge. Email web@revvweb.com and we'll deliver a zip with deployment instructions.

We can, but it's a custom quote (usually starts at $899) because content has to be written from scratch. Email us and we'll send a quote.

No — Shopify and similar platforms already do a great job there. We focus exclusively on professional service businesses.

Tell us why. We'll either revise it (one round included) or refund the $499 in full, as long as you haven't clicked Accept New Design.

Keep it. We'll send DNS instructions for your registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace, etc.) — usually a 5-minute change. We can also guide you on the call.
