1. Who we are
RevvWeb (“RevvWeb”, “we”, “our”) operates the website at https://revvweb.com and provides website redesign and hosting services for professional service businesses.
2. Scope of services
We redesign existing service-business websites for a one-time fee of $499. After you accept the redesign, we provide hosting, SSL, basic maintenance and uptime monitoring for $49.95 per month. We do not provide e-commerce platforms, paid-ads management, or ongoing SEO campaigns.
3. Payment & authorization hold
When you submit your project we place an authorization hold for $499 on your card. We do not capture the funds until our team confirms the project qualifies for the standard fee (usually within 24 hours). If the project does not qualify, we will release the hold and you will not be charged. If you accept a custom quote, your card will be charged the agreed amount.
4. Delivery timeline
Redesigns are delivered within 30 days of our confirmation. One round of revisions is included. Delays caused by missing content, slow customer response, or third-party access (DNS, domain registrars, etc.) are not counted against the 30-day window.
5. Acceptance & launch
When the redesign is ready, you’ll receive a preview link in your dashboard. By clicking “Accept New Design”, you accept the design as final and authorize the start of the recurring $49.95/month hosting subscription. The first month is billed immediately on launch.
6. Refunds
The $499 redesign fee is refundable in full at any time before you click “Accept New Design”. After launch, the redesign fee is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Subscription & cancellation
Hosting is billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Your site stays live until the end of the billing period in which you cancel. We do not pro-rate partial months.
8. Content & ownership
You retain ownership of your existing content, logos, images, and domain. By submitting your site you grant us a license to use that content to produce your new site. Upon full payment, you own the deliverables for use on your business. You may purchase the source code for an additional $499 if you wish to host elsewhere.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful content, malware distribution, phishing, gambling, adult content, or anything that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates this section, with notice when practical.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevvWeb’s aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
