Money-back guarantee on the $499 redesign. Once your design is ready, you’ll see the finished site before you decide. If it’s not right, just ask — we’ll refund the full $499, no questions asked, any time before you click Accept New Design.
The $49.95/mo hosting can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard.
Before we capture payment
At submission we place a $499 authorization hold on your card via Stripe. If your project needs a custom quote rather than the standard fee, we contact you first with the price. If you choose not to move forward, we release the hold within 24 hours and you are never charged.
During design
After we capture the $499, you can request a full refund any time before you click Accept New Design on the finished design. Maybe you changed your mind, didn’t love the direction, or just need more time — that’s fine. We may offer to revise the design one more time before refunding, at your option.
After you accept the design
Once you click Accept New Design, the redesign fee is non-refundable (the work has been delivered and deployed). The $49.95/month hosting can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard — your site stays live until the end of the billing period.
How to request a refund
Email web@revvweb.com from the address on your account. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original card.
Source code
Your site is yours. If you ask us to hand over the full source code so you can host it elsewhere, we provide it at no extra charge. Once the source code has been delivered, the redesign is considered complete and the $499 fee is non-refundable.
